Use this page to download the full (licensed) version of
the software to complete your order. If you need to download the
latest full version for another reason such as to upgrade or
to replace licensed software that was lost due to a disk
crash, see the instructions below.
STEP 1: Obtain Authorization and a Current Install Code
If you have been provided with an install code for the
current version proceed to STEP 2.
This code may have been provided
directly by a Pacestar representative or you may have received it
with your order confirmation.
If your code is more than 48 hours old it has likely expired
and you will need a replacement. For security reasons we no
longer permit repeat downloads (upgrades or replacements) without
re-authorization.
To obtain authorization and a current install code, select one of
the following options:

If you have not yet purchased a license you can do so immediately
and continue.

Request Authorization
Licensed users can contact us to obtain
authorization for an upgrade or replacement.
If you purchased your license recently you may be entitled to
a free upgrade.
Please provide identification details.
STEP 2: Download and Install
Requires authorization and current install code. See STEP 1.
- Click on the link below. In Netscape you
can also right click and choose "Save Link As" or Internet Explorer you
can right click and choose "Save Target As".
- If prompted, select a location for the file on
your computer's hard disk.
- Wait for the file to download to your computer.
- Locate the file that you downloaded on your hard drive.
- Double-click on this file to run it. Then just follow the instructions.
