most recent version of the software.
To upgrade select one of the following options:
Do you have a valid license for this software?
If so, continue to the next step.
If you do not have a valid license for this software you will not
be permitted to upgrade. If you have only a free trial version, or if
you do not have a valid license with a unique license key, STOP.
In this case, you must purchase a license.
Did you purchase the software from Pacestar Software?
If so, continue to the next step.
If you have a valid license that you purchased from somewhere other
than Pacestar Software, such as a retail outlet or reseller, STOP.
Please contact us
for further instructions. Provide your name, company (if applicable),
and location where the license purchased.
Are you entitled to a free upgrade?
If not, continue to the next step. To find out,
check the version number of your software by opening the About screen
located under the Help menu in the program. If your software version
is 5.0 or higher, OR if you have purchased the
license in the past 90 days, your upgrade is free of charge.
Simply click on the link below to request an upgrade
authorization. We will send you an authorization within 24 hours.
Note that if we cannot locate your records we may request additional
information for verification.
